Meg joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (AAA NCNU) in 2017 with nearly two decades experience as a business leader and military officer and a background managing large, dynamic teams.
In her current role as Executive Vice President, Chief Member Experience Officer – Road Service, Meg is responsible for ensuring AAA’s legendary roadside assistance continues to deliver great value to Members.
Meg leads more than 1,500 Team Members across seven states, including the Club’s fleet of tow technicians and call receivers. Her team is focused on developing smart business practices that enhance AAA’s operational effectiveness and improve the Member experience.
She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Legal Systems from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she played four years of Division 1 basketball. Meg received her Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She lives in the East Bay with her husband and two daughters.
Prior to AAA, Meg held leadership roles at Allied Universal and AlliedBarton Security Services.
