Will I still receive a renewal notice and new AAA Member cards?
Yes. Approximately 45 days before your renewal date, you will receive a Membership renewal statement. At that time, if you'd like to make changes to your Membership, such as adding additional Members or upgrading your Membership, you may log onto your Online Account or call AAA Member Services at 1-800-922-8228. If you don’t make any changes, the credit or debit card on file will be charged for your Membership.
When will my credit or debit card be charged?
If you are enrolled in Automatic Renewal, your credit or debit card will be charged on the anniversary date of your Membership.
What happens if the payment is unsuccessful?
We will notify you by email, mail, and phone if we are unable to process your payment. At that time, you can log onto your Online Account to renew your Membership and re-enroll in Automatic Renewal, or you may have a Member Services representative update your Automatic Renewal account and take payment by phone at 1-800-922-8228 or at your local AAA office.
How do I change my Automatic Renewal credit card on file?
Log onto your Online Account to update the card on file. For security reasons, your information is securely stored and encrypted.
How do I cancel Automatic Renewal?
To cancel Automatic Renewal, please call AAA Member Services at 1-800-922-8228.
Will I receive $10 off my Membership dues every year?
No. There is a one-time $10 discount for enrolling in Automatic Renewal*.
