Dwelling Limit of Insurance
This coverage is the amount of insurance that you have to replace your home in the event of a total loss.

Other Structures
Insurance that protects any other structures on your premises, such as fences, a tool shed, detached garage, a swimming pool, etc.

Personal Property
Coverage for your personal property. Special Limits of Liability apply to certain types of property, such as jewelry, business property, antique rugs and fine art.

Loss of Use       top
This coverage provides you with an Additional Living Expense if your home becomes uninhabitable due to a covered loss or if a civil authority prohibits the use of your residence. Also includes coverage for the fair rental value for portions of your home rented to others.

Personal Liability
Provides coverage for personal injury, bodily injury, and property damage in the event that you are found liable for those losses or damages (for example, if you were to be found responsible for a fire that burns property belonging to your neighbor).

Medical Payments to Others
Provides between $1,000 - $5,000 in coverage for medical payments and expense incurred due to an accident causing personal or bodily injury.
