It's Easy to Make a Single Payment Online

Need to make a one-time insurance payment? Follow the steps below to get started and make sure you have your policy number handy. You'll need it to complete the payment process.

Insurance products available for single payments: Auto, Home, Condo, Townhouse and Renters, Rental Property, and Motorcycle.

How to Pay:

1. Registration and sign in is required.

2. Please have the following items ready: your AAA Membership card and insurance policy.

3. Once you have registered, you will be at the My AAA page.

4. Click Make a One-Time Insurance Payment.

5. Enter the Policy Type, Policy Number and Zip, then click Continue.

6. Follow the directions for the remainder of the payment process.




Automate Your Insurance Payments Today

The Manage/Cancel Automatic Insurance Payment feature is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and greatly appreciate your patience as we upgrade our systems. 

If you need to manage or cancel your automatic insurance payments, please do one of the following:

  • Visit your local AAA branch.
  • Call 800-261-8577. Please have your policy number handy. Auto insurance policyholders: Press 2. Home insurance policyholders: Press 3
  • Check back in early September to perform this task online.

My credit card number has changed, how can I update my credit card number at "My AAA"?

If you previously signed up online for automatic payments for your AAA Insurance policy you can only update your payment information online.

By Phone
If you previously signed up over the phone for automatic payments for your AAA Insurance policy, you can only update your credit card information by phone.

To update or change your payment information (credit card, debit card or bank account number) by phone, please call AAA Members Service Center at 1-800-922-8228 or your local branch.

Through Your Bank (AAA Insurance Automatic Payment Only)
If you use online bill pay or home banking through your financial institution to automatically make payments on your AAA Insurance policy, please contact your financial institution to update your payment information.
