Why can't I add Associates to my AAA Membership?
There could be several reasons that you are unable to add an Associate Member to your account:
| • | You are not the Primary Member on the account; only the Primary Member or the spouse/resident adult of the Primary Member may add an Associate |
| • | You already have the maximum number of Associates in your household. |
If you recently renewed your AAA Membership or upgraded your Membership online, the online system may be temporarily unable to process this request. Please call Member Services at 1-800-922-8228 for additional assistance.
