Online TripTik® System Requirements

Operating Systems: Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, XP; Mac OS 10.1 or higher

Browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 and above (Windows only); Mozilla 1.4 and above; Netscape Communicator 7.1 and above; OmniWeb 4.5 and above (Mac OS only); Safari 1.01 and above (Mac OS only)

Software: Adobe Reader® - Before using TripTik, please ensure the latest version of Adobe Reader® is installed on your computer. If you do not have this program installed, you may download the Adobe Reader software free.

Disable Your Popup Blockers: The TripTik Travel Planner opens in a new window, which means that your computer must be configured to allow popup windows from our site.

If you click on a button or link and nothing happens or the current page seems to refresh itself, this usually means you have popup/ad blocker software on your PC. Our site does not use popup ads, but does open certain functions in new windows.

Please follow the instructions for your browser to enable popup windows.

Earthlink Users and AOL Users
Both Earthlink and AOL have popup blockers automatically included in their software. Please contact Earthlink or AOL and ask how to configure the blocker to accept new window requests from AAA.com.

Anti-Virus, Firewall, & Security Product Users
