AAA strives to provide our Members with exceptional service and are happy to assist you with how to change your password online. Changing your password online is a simple process, but you may need to refer to these instructions in the future.
To change your password:
| • | From the AAA.com homepage, click Forgot Your Password? |
| • | Enter the email address you originally used to register. |
| • | AAA.com will automatically send you an email with instructions how to reset your password to login. Look for an email from webmaster@aaaemail.com with subject "Activate New AAA Password." |
| • | Click on the link provided |
| • | Follow the instructions provided in the new web browser that appears. |

If you forgot the answer to your question you provided when establishing your online profile, click "Forgot Your Answer?" Please note clicking "Forgot Your Answer?" will prompt you to establish a new profile. Here, you may use your same email account or a different one if preferred. Please write down the password and reminder answer you provide and keep in a safe location for your protection. |
| • | Enter and re-enter a new password you would like to use for your profile. Please write down this information and keep it in a safe location so you may refer to it if needed. |
How to change or update your existing password:
| • | Sign-in using your email address and password |
| • | Once in "My AAA," click Change Password next to "Password" under the heading "Password and Security Question." |
| • | Once in "My AAA," click Change Password next to "Password" under the heading "Password and Security Question." |
| • | Enter your existing password then enter and re-enter your new password |
| • | Your new password must contain between 7 and 15 characters with a combination of letters and numbers. |
| • | Click Save. |
