My AAA is your personalized account and Membership management page. When you sign in, you will be brought into “My AAA,” which is your personal view of the status of your Membership and account.

Within “My AAA,” you can change your contact information, make an insurance payment, and manage your Membership. You can come to “My AAA” to see if it’s time to renew Membership or to see if you’re eligible to upgrade your Membership. If it is time to renew or when you are eligible to upgrade, you will see links next to your Membership information to initiate your transaction online. Sign in to "My AAA" from the homepage at AAA.com.

Registration: On the home page click on Sign In to register and create a personal profile. If you don't have time to register right now, or if you'd like to try the Web site first, you can use all of the public areas of the site without registration. You can also tell us how, and how often, you would like to hear from us.

Site navigation: Internet browsers (we support Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, version 3.0 and above) provide a visual clue if the mouse pointer hovers over a link (a clickable area), usually by changing the pointer's shape or changing the color of link text. On the top of each page of the Web site is a navigation menu bar giving you access to each major section of the site; simply clicking on the name of an area will take you there. On the left side of each page are links to other pages of the section you are in, allowing you to dig deeper into a specific topic. And at the right side of each page are related links to useful information and FAQs if available, and current promotions. If you try to access a password-protected area, and you have not signed in yet, you will be prompted for your email and password.
