To change your email address:

1. Enter your registered email address and password. Click "Sign In."
2. You are now looking at the page "My AAA," a page that contains your personal information for your Membership, and allows you to manage your profile and product information, as well as perform important tasks like pay your insurance.
3. Enter all required information including your current password for your AAA.com account and your new email address.
4. Click "Continue."

A confirmation email will be sent to your new address. You may begin using your new email address to login to AAA.com.

Our new website has been designed with you in mind. AAA.com now gives our users the ability to change their contact information online. Listed below are instructions on how to change your address online.

1. Enter your registered email address and password. Click Sign In. You are now on your "My AAA" page.
2. Scroll down to "Contact Information" and click the link Change under your current address.
3. Enter all required information. Click Save.

AAA strives to provide our Members with exceptional service and are happy to assist you with how to change your password online. Changing your password online is a simple process, but you may need to refer to these instructions in the future.

To change your password:

From the AAA.com homepage, click Forgot Your Password?
Enter the email address you originally used to register.
AAA.com will automatically send you an email with instructions how to reset your password to login. Look for an email from webmaster@aaaemail.com with subject "Activate New AAA Password."
Click on the link provided
Follow the instructions provided in the new web browser that appears.

If you forgot the answer to your question you provided when establishing your online profile, click "Forgot Your Answer?"

Please note clicking "Forgot Your Answer?" will prompt you to establish a new profile. Here, you may use your same email account or a different one if preferred. Please write down the password and reminder answer you provide and keep in a safe location for your protection.

Enter and re-enter a new password you would like to use for your profile. Please write down this information and keep it in a safe location so you may refer to it if needed.

How to change or update your existing password:

Sign-in using your email address and password
Once in "My AAA," click Change Password next to "Password" under the heading "Password and Security Question."
Once in "My AAA," click Change Password next to "Password" under the heading "Password and Security Question."
Enter your existing password then enter and re-enter your new password
Your new password must contain between 7 and 15 characters with a combination of letters and numbers.
Click Save.
