To cancel your enrollment in the automatic renewal of your AAA Membership, please contact Member Services at 1-800-922-8228.
Join AAA online, at a local branch, or by calling Member Services at 1-800-922-8228.
Note: AAA Memberships may have one Primary Member and up to eight (8) Associate Members. Associate Members may be one (1) spouse or one (1) resident adult, and/or dependent children 16-20 years old, even if they no longer live at home.
If your automatic renewal payment was rejected, it could be for one of the following reasons:
• Your credit limit has been reached
• Your credit card has expired
• Your credit card account is no longer active
If you choose to reapply for the automatic renewal program or to make a payment by phone, please contact Member Services at 1-800-922-8228.
Note: If you reapply for automatic renewal within 7-10 days of your expiration date, the program cannot charge your credit card for your current Membership dues. You must make a separate payment for the current year. However, your automatic renewal program will begin the following year.
It is easy to sign up for the automatic renewal of your AAA Membership:
| • | Click on the Sign in to My AAA link on the top left of the home page. If you are not currently registered, select Register Now. |
| • | If you are registered, enter your email address and password. Click Sign In. |
| • | You'll be taken to your My AAA page, which contains your personal information about your AAA Membership. |
| • | Click Sign up for Automatic Membership Renewal located on the right-hand side of your My AAA page. |
| • | The Sign up for Automatic Membership Renewal page will now display. |
| • | Carefully read the given Terms and Conditions, check the box I agree to the above terms and conditions, and click the Continue button. |
| • | Enter all required information. |
| • | Click the Submit button |

Note: If you decide to sign up for the automatic renewal of your AAA Membership within 30 days of your expiration date, we recommend first paying your current dues online and then signing up for automatic renewal. This insures uninterrupted service and automatic renewal in the following year.
To upgrade your AAA Classic Membership:
• Click on the Sign in to My AAA link on the top left of the home page. If you are not currently registered, select Register Now.
• If you are registered, enter your email address and password. Click Sign In.
• You'll be taken to your My AAA page, which contains your personal information about your AAA Membership.
• Click on the Upgrade link next to your Membership Info and follow the instructions.
If you have any problems, please stop by a nearby AAA branch or call 1-800-922-8228.
To find out if you are enrolled in automatic renewal:
| • | Click on the Sign in to My AAA link on the top left of the home page. If you are not currently registered, select Register Now. |
| • | If you are registered, enter your email address and password. Click Sign In. |
| • | If you have already enrolled in automatic renewal, you will see a message indicating your enrollment next to your Membership expiration date. |
| • | If you do not see this message, you are not enrolled. |
Note: When you enroll in automatic renewal online, it takes 3-5 days before the information appears in My AAA.
If you are having difficulty renewing your Membership online, it is most likely that you do not need to renew your Membership at this time. Your online renewal period begins 30 days prior to your Membership expiration date.
If your AAA Membership has expired and you are still having difficulties renewing it, please call 1-888-929-2911 for technical assistance.
California and Nevada residents can purchase a AAA Plus® or AAA Premier® Membership for a relative or a friend at any time.
Utah residents can purchase a AAA Plus® RV Membership for a relative or a friend at any time.
You can purchase gift Memberships online, at any AAA branch, or by calling 1-800-922-8228.
In order to renew your AAA Membership online, you must first check to see if you are in your renewal period. AAA Membership renewal period begins 30 days prior to your Membership expiration date.
Simply Sign in. You will see a Renew link next to your Membership Info. If you are within your renewal period, clicking the link will take to you the Renew transaction. If you are not within the renewal period, you will see a message when the page refreshes, displaying the good-through dates of your AAA Membership.
