We will review your policy for the appropriate coverage, collect needed information and begin working on your claim.

If the vehicle is being rented in the U.S. or Canada and is being driven by the insured, the vehicle will be covered for the limits and deductibles of the insured’s current policy.

Medical payments coverage pays for reasonable and necessary medical treatment resulting from a covered accident incurred within one year of the date of loss, subject to your policy's limits.

If you have AAA Auto Insurance with us, you can have minor windshield chips and dings fixed at no cost before they grow so large you need to replace the windshield. Because the repair saves everyone money, there is no deductible required if your policy has applicable coverage. Your deductible will apply, however, if you need to have the windshield replaced.

To take advantage of our no-cost windshield repair service, a claim must be opened through our claims service by calling (800) 922-8228 (option 1). If your coverage is applicable, Safelite will arrange to have a glass technician inspect the windshield and repair as necessary.

Your insurance policy is automatically extended to and covers any driver who has a valid driver's licence as long the driver has your permission and his or her use of your vehicle is on a temporary basis only.
