Paul Gaffney, President and CEO

Paul Gaffney is President and CEO of AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah, the second largest AAA affiliate with 4.3 million members. Gaffney has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience at large and diverse organizations including AAA, Charles Schwab, and Staples, among others. His goals include delivering a best in class customer experience for AAA members with an engaged and enthusiastic employee workforce.
